The Curation Standard
What it takes to be listed here
Most Moroccan property portals list everything. We publish a fraction of what we see, because every listing must survive the same checks.
What we verify before a listing goes live
Titre Foncier at the land registry
We verify the title at the national land registry (ANCFCC): the registered owner, surveyed boundaries and any charges on the title.
Notaire confirmation
An independent notary confirms ownership and boundaries before a property earns a place in the collection.
Foreign-ownership eligibility
We confirm the property can be held by a non-Moroccan: never agricultural land, and never melkia presented as foreign-buyer ready.
Honest status labels
A property with an incomplete title is never marketed as an opportunity: it is flagged, kept out of search engines and carries a clear warning.
What we refuse to list
- Melkia or shared family property presented as ready for foreign buyers
- Agricultural land offered to foreign buyers
- Listings where the seller cannot produce the title
