What we collect

When you submit one of our forms (contact, private shortlist, viewing request, or listing a property), we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, WhatsApp number, country, your property preferences (location, budget, property type, timeline) and any message you write.

We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand how the site is used. This produces aggregated statistics only; it does not use cookies and does not identify you personally. Our hosting providers keep standard technical server logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and reliability. Property pages may embed a Google Maps map; when it loads, Google receives your IP address and may set cookies under its own privacy policy.

We do not set advertising or tracking cookies ourselves, and we do not build marketing profiles.

Why we use your data

We use the details you send us to respond to your enquiry, prepare a property shortlist that matches your criteria, arrange viewings, or assess a property you would like to list. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to messages you send us.

We contact you via WhatsApp only if you have ticked the consent box on the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

Where your data lives and who sees it

Form submissions are stored in our own content-management system, operated on established cloud infrastructure (our website runs on Vercel; our database is hosted with Supabase). We do not sell your data.

We share your details only when it is necessary to answer your request, for example with a partner agent or property owner in Morocco to arrange a viewing you asked for, and only to the extent needed.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as we are actively helping you, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you can ask for access to the data we hold about you, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, and you can object to processing or withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
